FRANCU Group announces the acquisition of APMI - Atlantique Peinture Marine Industrie

FRANCU Group is thrilled to announce the acquisition of APMI - Atlantique Peinture Marine Industrie, marking a significant milestone in our growth strategy. This acquisition, made through HPC - Hull Protective Coating, strengthens our position in France.

With the addition of APMI’s blasting and painting facilities (8,800 sqm), strategically located near Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, FRANCU Group is now even better equipped to meet the growing demand for high-quality surface treatments and coatings in the marine and energy sectors.

We are also delighted to welcome APMI’s workforce to the FRANCU Group family. Importantly, all current projects will proceed as planned, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients and partners. This acquisition sets the stage for a promising future and positions us for continued expansion in the years to come.
